Since 2006, Vision Municipal has been a leader in the space and currently supports over 140 local and regional governments and agencies in four states. Vision Municipal is headquartered in Spokane, Washington. Vision Municipal Solutions’ government specific software delivers an innovative, easy-to-use, comprehensive suite designed to meet the requirements of today's cities, towns, counties, and special districts. In addition to the software applications Vision also offers full IT services and a complete Forms division.

Both John and his co-founder Craig Lodgard plan to retire from the business in 2022.
