Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Network Engineer/Technician to join our IT Service Delivery Team at our office in Kennewick, WA. This diverse role involves handling escalated support requests, managing on-site IT projects such as server migrations and network infrastructure upgrades, and supporting customer cloud environments, including cloud migrations. Additionally, the Network Engineer/Technician will maintain and configure our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to ensure optimal system performance.
